UPUK were commissioned to provide a temporary electricity supply to the site during construction and the installation of the below to all properties on the development:

• Gas supply
• Water supply
• Electric supply

ABOUT THE PROJECT

The project was to redevelop the site of the former Bridgeview school situated in Hessle, Hull.

Award-winning house builder Duchy Homes planned to build 20 luxury new homes and 6 affordable bungalows on the site and create a new area of public space for the community to enjoy.

Utility Planners (UK) were commissioned to provide a temporary electricity supply to the site during construction as well as supplying gas, water and electricity to all 26 properties.

We were reminded of the importance of having UPUK presence on site to deal with any issues that might occur.
