ABOUT THE PROJECT

Key points

• Establishing a point of connection to the electric network which would accommodate the required 140 kVA load
• Working with the client to work out the best cable route and support with the specifications for onsite work (including a brick-built meter house)
• Establishing where the 2 x 63mm water connections (1 x domestic and 1 x fire supply) would connecting to the passing water main
• Supporting the client to pass pipework and water regulation inspections
• Working with the local council to coordinate the water connection work with ongoing entrance work to get the project delivered on time
• Provision of all electric metering equipment and contract via our in-house broker
• Disconnection of existing water service which fed the previous site
