Development to create three domestic properties

UPUK facilitated the disconnection of all utilities before the demolition of the existing property

A temporary supply of water and electricity was required during the development

UPUK was tasked with installing the following to the new development

• Gas supply
• Water supply
• Electric supply
• Telecoms supply

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Involvement in projects of this nature is always something we are always very excited about.

The bungalow (left) which sat on the property was demolished to make way for the 3 new properties.

UPUK arranged for the disconnection of all utilities before the bungalow was demolished and a temporary supply (electric, water) established to allow the work to continue.

Gas, water, electricity and telecoms were all supplied to the new properties and diversionary work carried out to an existing streetlight which blocked the driveway to one of the properties.

The finished product does not detract from the unique feel of Bright Street and complements the existing properties.
